İnşaat ve Endüstri Mühendisliği eğitimi alan Hayat Bayramoğlu profesyonel iş hayatına 18 yıl önce Beymen’de başlamıştır. Mağazacılığın her alanında çalışarak satış performansı, insan kaynakları yönetimi ve eğitim alanlarında tecrübe kazanmıştır.

Satışı “bilime ve rakamlara dayandırma” mantığını, insan ve duygu ile birleştirerek pozitif ortamlar ve sonuçlara ulaşma konusunda uzmanlaşmıştır.

Son 7 yıldır deneyimini paylaşmak amacı ile perakende sektörüne mağaza performanslarının artırılması ile ilgili projeler, satış koçluğu ve eğitim hizmeti vermektedir.

İstanbul Moda Akademisi eğitimcisidir. Profesyonel imaj ve giyim yazıları yazmaktadır.

Hayat Bayramoglu who studied Civil and Industrial engineering education has started to professional work life 18 years ago in Beymen. She gained experience on sales performance, human resources management and training by working in all areas of merchandising.

She specialized on combining the sales “figures based on science and numbers” logic with sense of people and reaching the positive environments and achieving results

She has been providing projects to improve store performances and to give sales coaching and training service to share her experience with the retail sectors for last 7 years.

She is trainer in İstanbul Moda Akademisi. She is writing about professional image and dress.
