Endüstriyel Psikolog Dr. Marilyn Atkinson, Milton Erickson’ın öğrencisiydi ve kurucusu olduğu Erickson College’a hocasının adını verdi. Çözüm Odaklı ve Sonuca Yönelik Koçluk modelinin de yaratıcısı olan Dr. Marilyn Atkinson’ın Çözüm Odaklı Psikoloji, NLP ve dünya çapında etkin işe alımlar ve yönetimsel yaklaşımlar için Meta Program Analizi konularının oluşması ve gelişiminde aktif katkıları oldu.
Gestalt psikolojisinin yaratıcısı Fritz Perls ile de doğrudan çalışma imkanı bulan Atkinson, şu anda NLP’de master seviyesinde eğitmen ve Ericksoncu İletişim Tekniklerinde uzmandır. 1985’ten beri eğitmen ve koç olarak, 3000’den fazla kurum yöneticisiyle, ulusal ve uluslararası şirketle çalıştı. Son 10 yıldır, 23 ülkede öğretilen kurumsal ve özel olarak koçluk eğitim programlarını geliştirmektedir (ICF ACTP The Art and Science of Coaching/Koçluk Sanatı ve Bilimi). Halen Çözüm Odaklı ve Sonuç Yönelimli Koçluk yöntemleri ile global şirketlerin yönetilmesine ve liderlere yardımcı olmaktadır.
Step by Step Coaching (Adım Adım Koçluk) ve Inner Dynamics (İçsel Dinamikler) adlı kitapların yazarı olan Marilyn, 2010’da yayımlanacak olan üçüncü kitabı üzerinde çalışıyor.

Industrial psychologist Dr. Marilyn Atkinson who was the former student of Milton Erickson founded Erickson College, and gave it his name. As the originator of the Solution Focused and Outcome Oriented Coaching model, she had the opportunity to actively contribute to the emergence and expansion of Solution Focused Psychology, NLP, and the development of Meta Program Analysis for effective hiring and managerial approaches worldwide.

Having had a chance to work directly with Fritz Pearls, the creator of Gestalt Psychology, she is currently an NLP Master Trainer and specialist in Ericksonian communications. Dr. Atkinson has worked with more than 3000 corporate managers as well as many multinational and local companies as a trainer and coach since 1985. For the past ten years she has been developing both corporate and specialized coach training programs (ICF ACTP The Art and Science of Coaching) that have been taught in 23 countries. Currently she is still helping to lead global companies and leaders through Solution Focused and Outcome Oriented Coaching methodologies.
Author of the Step by Step Coaching and Inner Dynamics books, Marilyn is working on her third book which will be published in 2010.
