Rhyan is a highly engaging and strategic consultant with extensive experience as a Senior Manager and executive coach in large multi-national organisations. Rhyan has extensive experience of working with global players in the telecoms, construction, manufacturing, Oil and Gas and engineering sectors as a business leader, HR strategic partner and external consultant. She has focused on delivering benefits to businesses through helping managers at all levels to improve their management skills and processes. She has also assisted managers to improve the way they review and manage performance, absence, disciplinary procedures, conflict, recruitment and coaching. She has assisted companies to successfully improve their ability to globally manage performance and develop talent. Rhyan has been based in Dubai since 2005, providing strategic and operational HR leadership working with Senior Managers in the Middle East, Europe, Far East and South Asia. Rhyan has a Masters in Human Resource Strategy, a BSC in Psychology, is a Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, (CIPD), holds several post-graduate qualifications in Coaching including being a qualified CTI Co- Active coach and is a qualified Roffey Park facilitator.
