Alistair Redgrave (HR as Business Partner and Recruitment and Selection)

He has also assisted managers to improve the way they review and manage performance, absence, disciplinary procedures, conflict, recruitment and coaching. He has assisted companies to successfully improve their ability to globally manage performance and develop talent.
He has helped organisations to improve the way they sell their products and services, through improving sales processes, sales management and selling skills. Support has been provided in these areas through a mixture of consultancy, training and coaching, to help managers and organisations build their own capability to implement HR and Learning and Development projects and continuously improve their businesses.
Alistair has extensive experience in sales, sales management and national/international accounts for both large and small companies in sectors as varied as retail, advertising, recruitment and construction. He has also worked in senior roles in HR and Training for recruitment giant Manpower and global construction products supplier CEMEX.
Recent Projects:
Developed and delivered leadership development programmes for a range of clients in UK, Europe and Middle East. Programmes have so far delivered over £7m in cost benefits.

Developed and delivered global Performance Management and Review processes for range of global clients to help improve performance and identify employee development needs. Delivered training to support the implementation of processes in 14 countries across Europe, Middle East and Asia.
